About Course
A gentle introduction to understanding your inner world — created for sensitive, deep-feeling people navigating trauma, chronic illness, or emotional overwhelm.
Do you ever feel like there are “many versions” of you inside—pushing, avoiding, criticizing, or freezing—and you don’t know why?
You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you don’t need to figure it all out by yourself.
In this self-paced, nervous-system-safe course, you’ll be gently introduced to the compassionate world of parts work—a powerful approach inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) that helps you make sense of conflicting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
With calm, clear guidance, you’ll learn to:
-
Understand why different “parts” of you show up the way they do
-
Recognize protectors, exiles, and the roles they play in survival
-
Shift from self-judgment to inner curiosity and compassion
-
Gently explore your inner landscape without getting overwhelmed
-
Begin building an internal culture of safety, connection, and cooperation
This course is especially designed for folks who:
