These terms apply to all courses delivered through our learning platform (Tutor LMS) and extend to other offerings under the NeuroNurture name, including events, community features, and free materials.

You must be at least 18 years old to access NeuroNurture content or participate in our programs. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Educational Use Only
The materials provided through NeuroNurture are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Participation does not establish a client-therapist relationship with Kat Smith or any affiliated professionals.

All course purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, no refunds will be issued once access is granted. Please read course descriptions carefully before enrolling.

If you participate in NeuroNurture’s community forums, events, or discussion spaces, you agree to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Harassment, hate speech, or other harmful behavior will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.

NeuroNurture is not responsible for any technical issues on your end, including internet connectivity or device compatibility. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access course materials as provided.
11. Affiliate and Resource Disclosures
